Royal Prussian Mill Regulation

One year after his accession to power, King Frederick II (1712-1786) issues the "Royal Prussian Mill Regulation for the principality of Minden and counties of Ravensberg, Tecklenburg and Lingen". Strict regulations, that among other decrees, assign each state mill a certain number of mill-obligated persons and free access of grain suppliers to the mills are intended to eliminate grievances in the state-run mill economy.
